Cutover dependency
Do not merge until the ditto-subnet migration stack #345-#352 and infra stack ditto-assistant/infra#70-#71 are ready.
This removes the two Rube Goldberg paths from the legacy repository: direct Cloud Run deployment and the cross-repository repin PR. DittoBench now builds and deploys from services/dittobench-api in one immutable monorepo release.
No production deployment or repository archival is performed by this PR.
