What changed
Adds a consistent Ditto SN118 repository navigation table near the top of the README. The table links the seven public subnet and DittoBench repositories and briefly explains each repository's role.
Why
The SN118 implementation is intentionally split across several repositories. A visitor who lands on any one of them should be able to discover and navigate directly to the rest of the public ecosystem.
Private operator-only repositories are intentionally excluded.
Impact
Documentation only. No runtime behavior, APIs, dependencies, or deployment configuration change.
