Summary

detect whether the focused accessibility target can accept dictated text
show the transcript with Copy and Dismiss actions when no editable target is focused
match the fallback to the existing listening pill's background, accent, placement, and capsule styling
leave the existing listening overlay and other UI unchanged

swift build -c release
verified Sources/parrot/UI/RecordingOverlay.swift has no diff from master
verified the daemon reaches the listening state with whisper-large-v3-turbo after refreshing Accessibility access
