GEP2 is a user-friendly, containerised, and efficient Snakemake pipeline designed to facilitate high-quality genome assembly, quality control and curation. Developed under the ERGA, BGE and BGE+ initiatives, it reflects Earth BioGenome Project standards and recommendations.
