Add proof-of-concept demonstrating agent call surface stacking via
marimo's reactive cell dependency graph.

Architecture:

  • Strategic Layer: High-level vision generation
  • Tactical Layer: Task breakdown and orchestration
  • Execution Layer: Concrete action simulation
  • Reflection Layer: Meta-cognitive feedback loop

Key insight: marimo cells naturally form agent "surfaces" where
the dependency graph IS the agent call stack. Infrastructure as
code emerges from declarative cell definitions.

Status: Playable prototype answering "Can marimo support agent
stacking?" - Yes, it can!

Files:

  • agent_strata.py: 300+ line literate marimo document
  • README.md: Document experiment in Active Experiments section

LGTM, interesting idea worth trying. I see JITS here—aligns well with SDD methodology

I'd prefer if lint were fixed before merge. @claude ruff versus pylint or other? Better linting needed? Should we fix it in the CI pipeline or improve the code ourselves?
