Adds a lightweight Prompt inbox to the shell UI. The browser watches attached PTY output for numbered, yes/no, and enter prompts, shows mobile-friendly action cards, and sends exact inputs over the existing WebSocket. This is intentionally a frontend-only first slice so dogfood sessions do not need to be restarted for development.
