Plane Radar 0.1.2: interesting traffic and focused alerts

What changed

• identifies air ambulance, police, military, and other interesting traffic
• adds category-coloured LED alerts, including distinct military and 7700 animations
• adds an animated Traffic Guide and 7700 demonstration
• improves focused flight-following with a centred target, faded nearby traffic, route line, model, squawk, speed, altitude, and bearing details
• packages the application as version 0.1.2

Why

Plane Radar should make unusual nearby traffic easy and enjoyable to spot, while keeping genuine emergency indications visually distinct and making the focused aircraft view more informative.
