Summary

Dogfoods the changelog rules introduced in PR #4 by adding an Antora changelog to this repository.

Docs added/updated

  • docs/modules/ROOT/pages/changelog.adoc — index with dated summaries
  • docs/modules/ROOT/pages/changelog-details/ — six detail pages backfilled from git history (2026-03-23 through 2026-08-08)
  • docs/modules/ROOT/nav.adoc — Changelog nav entry
  • README.md — Changelog section + TOC entry linking to docs site

Codepaths covered

  • Antora component publishing (docs/)
  • Public README changelog link convention (general/creator.md)
  • Repository functional history: 1-step assembly, Antora hub wiring, README layout policy, app architecture layer, documentation standards

Key gaps addressed

  • This repo had no changelog despite creator rules requiring one for every project
  • README lacked a Changelog section per general/creator.md

Note

This branch is stacked on feature/readme-docs-changelog-rules (PR #4). Merge PR #4 first, then rebase this branch onto main for a clean diff — or merge both together.
