Please note, that I like moving in pixels (not percents of feh's window). We need option to set unit: pixels or percent of feh's window. |

I added a new option that is important to me. It allows to change not only image shift step when Ctrl is pressed but also with Alt key (scroll-step, which is exist and scroll-page-step respectively). Also it changes the behavior of command from moving in pixels to moving in term of parts(or percents) of feh's window. Manpage is appropriately changed.
