#1/#3: move the plan's task-INVARIANT preamble (shared_context) to the front of the system prompt with a SYSTEM_CACHE_SPLIT, so it forms a byte-identical cached prefix reused across ALL tasks (Claude cache_control; OpenAI/Gemini automatic prefix caching) instead of being re-created per task in the user content. Same content the model saw, billed once. #2: skip the whole-project outline for a focused task that already has explicit target files and a substantial task-ranked topo_context (redundant there); keep it for bare/localized tasks that need whole-project awareness.
