Unfortunately I was not able to spend much time debugging the Moose issue we discussed via email; I spent too much time learning Catalyst basics that by the time I was ready to start looking at Moose the end of the month had come around. Here is my paltry contribution which adds a README so you can see the documentation on the github repo homepage.
