Lift the edit state to the catalog page, add Save/Cancel buttons in the section-tabs actions, guard navigation when there are unsaved changes and show a success toast after saving.
…on pages Migrate import and publication detail pages to df-section-tabs (matching the catalog page), with explicit save/cancel on the import config tab. Replace the placeholder MDI download/upload icons with two original undraw-style SVG illustrations (a cloud-to-server import and a server-to-globe publication) sharing the project palette.
