Enterprise Partner Lifecycle Studio

Interactive portfolio project by Daniel Mazzini / SolTelCo.

Overview

Enterprise Partner Lifecycle Studio assesses partner readiness across seven lifecycle scenarios, recommends whether to invest, enable, scale, recover, compete, or offboard, and generates executive outputs including maturity scoring, roadmap, governance, KPIs, business case, risks, and execution plan.

The experience is built as a single-page HTML application using illustrative data.

What It Does

The tool helps simulate executive partner lifecycle decisions across scenarios such as:

  • Partner onboarding
  • Capability building
  • Market launch
  • Scale and growth
  • Recovery or intervention
  • Competitive response
  • Offboarding or transition

For each scenario, the workflow produces:

  • Executive summary
  • Partner maturity and independence scoring
  • Readiness assessment
  • Investment recommendation
  • Enablement plan
  • Business case and KPIs
  • Execution roadmap
  • Governance model
  • Risks, objections, and decision logic

Important Note

This is an independent portfolio demonstration using fictional partner data.

No confidential, proprietary, customer, partner, or vendor information is included. Any figures, timelines, partner scenarios, and outcomes are illustrative examples created to demonstrate capability.

Local Testing

Open index.html directly in a browser.

No build process is required. No Node.js installation is required. No dependencies need to be installed.

Architecture and Governance

The studio separates partner inputs, maturity scoring, scenario logic, recommendations, roadmap development, governance design, and executive presentation. Final outputs require review by partner, sales, services, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders.

Deterministic vs. Generated Outputs

Deterministic or scenario-driven: maturity and readiness scoring, lifecycle mappings, scenario routing, KPI structure, governance categories, roadmap phases, demo data, and illustrative calculations.

Recommendation-oriented: executive summaries, investment and enablement recommendations, risk narratives, roadmap explanations, and operating-model guidance.

Validation and Quality Controls

Current controls include scenario-specific workflows, structured tabs, consistent maturity presentation, predefined governance/KPI categories, manual scenario testing, responsive testing, and export review.

Security and Data Handling

The public demo uses fictional partner data. Do not submit confidential partner, pipeline, pricing, contract, customer, employee, or competitive information. The application does not connect to CRM, PRM, CPQ, ERP, or partner systems.

Testing

Current testing covers scenario selection, navigation, scoring, recommendation rendering, tab consistency, export, and responsive behavior. Production use requires automated scoring, regression, integration, approval-path, accessibility, and security testing.

Limitations

This is not a production partner-management system. All partner entities, metrics, investments, risks, and outcomes are illustrative. Recommendations do not replace due diligence, financial review, legal review, or executive approval.
