Bumps the
betavariant from Immich v3.0.0-rc.1 to v3.0.0-rc.2(https://github.com/immich-app/immich/releases/tag/v3.0.0-rc.2,
published 2026-06-19). rc.2 fixes bugs found in rc.1.
Also corrects
tag_desc, which still read "rc.0" after the rc.1 bump.dbuild will rebuild the rolling
betatag and stamp an immutable3.0.0-rc.2-betatag, matching the existing rc.0/rc.1 pattern.
