All functionalities here already existed through RSA with multiple neural and model timepoints - this is a wrapper of RSA with these options set, followed by post-processing the resulting RSA scores by taking the max over all layers and all model timepoints, and optionally correcting with the RSA scores before stimulus onset.
The reason for adding this class is to provide clearer reproducibility of the method proposed in https://openreview.net/pdf?id=bSsNSfyj8m through an implementation with the same name and including all postprocessing steps.
