Replace legacy cdg-* packages with media-* packages and updated workspace references. Update dependencies and toolchain, including TypeScript 6 migration compatibility fixes. Refresh CI/CD workflows, Storybook docs, and static hub manifest compatibility logic. BREAKING CHANGE: Legacy cdg-* package names and import paths are replaced by media-* packages.
