Windows not bootable after Manjaro installation

(system reserved efi partition needs to be repaired)

Flash USB drive with windows 10
Enter bootable drive into cmd line
diskpart
list disk
select disk 1
list vol
select vol 1
assign v
exit C: bcdboot C:\windows /s v: /f all
