Minor release of GADMA with few fixes of known bugs and new feature.
- Add estimation of ancestral state misidentification error (solves #100)
- Fix the bug for custom model when Nanc<0 was printing
- Fix bug for resume runs. There was a key error when resume run that was without migration and include estimation of migration in resumed run.
- Fix bug with version printing.
