easteregg: the bird is a stonechat#116

The banner bird is canonically a stonechat: a wee, sturdy Scottish moorland bird whose call sounds like two stones clicked together, link by link — a hash chain with wings. 'raucle' is Scots (Burns) for rough, sturdy, fearless; a raucle tongue is blunt honest speech. The hidden CLI command (aliases: stonechat, bird) tells the story; the banner SVG carries a view-source breadcrumb.
