fix: keep hero identity direct

Summary

• keep the homepage hero identity fixed as Software Architect. / Agentic Engineer. / Dad.
• remove rotating alternative labels, timer state, and reduced-motion branching
• add regression coverage that prevents the rotating implementation from returning

Test plan

• pnpm lint
• pnpm typecheck
• pnpm test — 26 tests passed
• pnpm build
• desktop browser smoke check: exact three-line heading and existing Connect with me / Projects / Blog CTA structure present

Notes

• The existing per-line entrance animation remains unchanged.
• The CTA hierarchy and layout classes are unchanged.
