Add documentation for Windows users to run Linux releases

Since doing this on my Windows box, I've been enjoying using my 'V'Tuner AVR with YTuner. Thanks!

@coffeegreg please need help about Ytuner on MacOS per Pioneed PDX-Z9. Newbie here, just downloaded the latest release, but cannot get into work. Any help would be appreciated, better via email if possible. Thanks!

Read the install script properly. Install the needed SQLite and other libraries (if needed). Run ytuner with root credentials.

No possibilieties to enter any key or string or anything. What kind of library have to be updated? And what about DNS and so?
