OS definitions for multiple (two) systems

In order this is what is important:

• Limit unintended behavior
• Make the system workable on first boot (no one-off configuration)
• Use the cool software
• Use the windows only stuff (if it is good)

Should be prefixed with wrc- unless there is a really nice abbreviation.
