This workflow runs on
pull_requestfor all PRs, including forks, but it requiressecrets.CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN. On fork-origin PR events, GitHub does not expose repository secrets to the runner, so this step will fail for external contributors and create consistently red checks unless the job is explicitly gated (for example by author association or fork checks).Useful?
