Remove old repeated variables, update configurations

Some cleaning of repeated variables. Includes reorganizing histogram configs and removing old vars, updating DNN configs to use unified var names, updating global to plot unified var names.

It changes:
Analysis/hh_bbww.py variables to be more uniform in new naming scheme obj_obj_function, as well as cleaning up variable definition locations and removing old unused variables.
Then adds many new histogram configurations for new variables, and adds these variables in the normal variable list in global.yaml.
Comments out the bbWW DY correction as it is seen to be bad, and leaves the bbtautau DY correction as default.
Last it changes the DNN configurations to use the new variable names, and updates the era configurations for new plotting colors, signal scaling, and SR_mbb naming.
