This repo gathers the input files and scripts related to an ongoing study conducted at the Spatial Epidemiology Lab (SpELL; University of Brussels, ULB) in collaboration with Bluesquare (https://www.bluesquarehub.com/fr/) dedicated to the mapping, forecasting and comprehesion of undervaccination in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
