Hey, I like your project and it has helped me in developing my terminal based projects.
I found these two escape code specifications in https://github.com/contour-terminal/vt-extensions and they caught my eye.
The passive mouse tracking logic was of particular interest because it addresses a problem I've often found: how can a terminal program "share" mouse events with the terminal emulator.
I made this PR using Gemini 3.6 Flash on high mode and tested the project locally.
Only Contour terminal seems to support them but I think they are worth adding here because of how useful they would be if they were adopted.
