• Running version of Arc-Script

  At the point of completing this milestone, it will be possible to execute an Arc-Script program, on the Arctime, which is written in the new functional task-syntax. Previously it was possible to execute Arc-Scripts, although these had to be written tediously as Finite State Machines (FSMs). This milestone will instead compile higher-level programs into FSMs. Moreover this milestone includes translation of tasks into Arc-MLIR.
