The AWS account and S3 bucket used for hosting built PDFs no longer exist, causing the master build to fail with InvalidAccessKeyId. Drop the links and the upload step for now; PDFs are still available via the build's GitHub Actions artifact upload.
This PR is related to issue #81, but it does not fix the issue.
