Applies Dependabot PRs #158 (prettier 3.8.3 -> 3.9.3) and #157 (mocha 12.0.0-beta-9.2 -> 12.0.0-rc.1). Verified: prettier:lint clean, build (esm+cjs) ok, 108 unit tests passing, ESM+CJS integration tests passing. Mocha's package.json "type: module" breaking change does not affect the ts-node test setup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
