Add omarchy-aikit

omarchy-aikit — a bar widget for driving AI Migration Kit skills from Omarchy.

The widget shows Claude sessions in flight, PRs a background auto-dev fleet has landed, and whether the local GitHub mirror is still syncing; clicks open a repository → skill picker, a cross-repo work queue, or an existing session.

• kinds: ["bar-widget"], entry point BarWidget.qml, no external QML imports beyond Quickshell.Io
• the QML only renders — everything comes from the aikit-status command as Waybar-style JSON, so the widget stays a few dozen lines
• MIT, CI validates the manifest and the widget contract on every push
