When dark mode is enabled (e.g. via web_dark_mode), the grid apps menu kept using its light background image, gradient and colors, making the menu unreadable and inconsistent with the rest of the interface. Add an apps_menu.dark.scss override, loaded only through the web.assets_web_dark bundle, that restyles the apps menu grid (background, text, hover state), the search box and the canonical search results with dark mode variables. Dark files are excluded from the light web.assets_backend bundle, following the pattern used by the web addon itself.
