The BMad Version hint in the bug report template pointed at npx bmad-method --version and package.json, which exist only for the 6.12 npm install. It now covers both installs: bmad update for skills installs, npx bmad-method --version for 6.12. Placeholder bumped to 6.13.0.

The line wrap is yamlfix's; the field value is unchanged.

Greptile Summary

The PR updates the bug-report issue form so skills users obtain their BMad version through bmad update, while retaining the npm-specific command for 6.12 installations.

  • Updates the version-field guidance for both supported installation types.
  • Changes the example placeholder to version 6.13.0.

Confidence Score: 5/5

The PR appears safe to merge with no actionable issues identified.

The updated skills-install command is supported by the repository’s setup implementation and documentation, and the issue-form YAML remains structurally valid.
