Point-by-point, pass/fail checklist organized by UI category (links, buttons, images, ARIA, semantic tags, font, contrast, spacing, element layout, form submission), each item tagged Auto/Script/Manual to identify what's already covered by the axe-core CI gate, what's a future scripting candidate, and what genuinely requires a human pass. Resolves the "full accessibility test checklist" open item in ACCESSIBILITY.md.
