Every ordinary job now selects [self-hosted, linux, x64, universe-super], the 192 Primcast runners; host-dependent screenshot baselines pin the PowerVPS secondary fleet with universe-ultra. GitHub gives no weighted preference between identically labelled runners, so primary and secondary carry distinct labels and the choice is made here. Pinned toolchains are verified, never installed, and setup-node cache uploads are dropped in favour of the host cache. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
