Every job now uses runs-on: [self-hosted, linux, x64, universe-linux], the 20-runner pool on the PowerVPS (16) and Netcup (4) hosts. The GCP runner classes, the OVH and container runners and the Windows router hosts are retired. Host-dependent baselines pin power-vps. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The pool runners are permanent: Node.js versions live in one shared tool cache and npm 11.17.0 is baked into the organization Node, so a job checks the pin and fails loudly on a provisioning defect instead of reinstalling npm on every run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
