- Changed srcDir to 'src/' and updated directory paths in nuxt.config.ts
- Updated package version from 0.2.0 to 0.1.0 and modified dependencies
- Added health check API endpoint
- Implemented proxy API handler with detailed logging and error handling
- Created types for fetch response errors
- Removed unused app.vue and tsconfig.json files
