Option retrieval for the batch systems is made a bit more dynamic for the classes in the batchSystems module.
Memory is handled by setting an initial value that is reasonable for most jobs, but that will fail for some of the larger ones. When requeued, the defaultMemory setting is used and this can be set to a larger value.
