Fixes auto-compaction dispatching stale pre-compaction state and removes duplicate current prompts from provider requests. Makes the status badge report threshold state honestly and keeps simple page requests to a self-contained HTML implementation unless heavier architecture is required.\n\nVerified: 225 tests, typecheck, production build, capability check, and focused review across correctness, state consistency, security, and performance.
