Fixes Zeus capability self-reporting by deriving the runtime prompt from the executable tool manifest. Replaces generic plan progress with objective-bound states, wires provider-returned model and context usage into the status bar, and normalizes OpenAI/Anthropic cache telemetry with cache-read percentage.\n\nVerified: npm typecheck, 221 frontend tests, production build, Tauri capability check, 109 Rust library tests plus integration targets, and clippy with warnings denied.
