Adds a grouped Companies & Finance entry for three free browser-only SEC filing worksheets:
I checked the existing toolkit tree and open issues/PRs for the exact tool names, slugs, 13D/13G, Form D deadline, and filing-fee terms, and found only the existing EDGAR/edgar-tool entries rather than these calculators.
The tools are static, free, source-linked, and do not require signup, email, API keys, uploads, browser storage, or tracking cookies. The page is positioned as a checklist aid and explicitly does not replace EDGAR, counsel, filing validation, or legal conclusions.
