I, along with a few other modders, believe that SafetyHook is better than MinHook for beginner users, and although the wiki currently briefly touches on SafetyHook, it does not thoroughly go through it. Furthermore, SafetyHook, in my opinion, has an easier API for users to start with that is cleaner, especially in things like handling calling original functions inside the hook.

I would hopefully like to have mentioning of both SafetyHook and MinHook, while having SafetyHook being the default hooking library as it is more versatile long-term, and has a larger API for users to work with as they advance. Therefore, this pull request is being made as a work-in-progress, to explore adding SafetyHook to the wiki.
