100% vibe coded :)
Centralize deployment config in shared builders so frontend and backend derive the same public values without drifting. Wire the frontend build to consume those values directly at startup.
Remove the /api/config startup dependency so first navigation no longer waits on a separate config round-trip. Keep assistant model state separate from app config and load guest instance details in parallel.
Apply the repo formatting updates required for the full validation suite so prettier checks pass cleanly after the config refactor.
