• Updates sepolia.json deploy config with latest deployment values (owner, TEE image hash, proposer/challenger addresses, ZK hashes, NitroEnclaveVerifier address, block intervals)
• Updates DeployDevWithNitro.s.sol constants to match: BLOCK_INTERVAL 100→600, INTERMEDIATE_BLOCK_INTERVAL 10→30, INIT_BOND 0.001→0.00001 ETH
