Replace the custom Codex transport plumbing with the official openai-codex SDK bridge and suppress lifecycle notifications that were mirrored as task events.
Persist Codex thread mappings through non-task telemetry and let the official SDK event stream run without an adapter turn timeout. This keeps Band tasks reserved for model-authored work while preserving thread resume and SDK bridge liveness.
