Description
The ^1.43.0 lower bound was set to fix a CI -Werror deprecation warning but created an unresolvable conflict with aws-opentelemetry-distro==0.18.0 (which pins opentelemetry-api==1.42.1). The wrapper's API usage is compatible back to 1.22.0. Test-group exporters remain at >=1.43.0 to keep CI clean under -Werror.
