Add a new Security category under Manage Quick with a complete walkthrough for securing Amazon Quick from POC to production. Includes datasets, agent prompts, Flow definitions, deployment scripts, and CloudFormation templates.
Remove unnecessary mode argument (UP015), sort imports (I001), and remove f-string without placeholders (F541).

Companion sample for the AWS blog post "Secure Amazon Quick from POC to Production: Agents, Flows, and Spaces".
The blog demonstrates how to close security gaps when moving Amazon Quick AI features (Chat Agents, Flows, Spaces, and Knowledge Bases) from proof-of-concept to production using a data-architecture-first approach — dataset shaping, Row-Level Security, purpose-built agent isolation, and human-in-the-loop approval gates.
This PR adds a new section called Row-Level Security & Dataset Shaping under Manage Quick > Security, including the walkthrough guide, synthetic datasets, agent persona prompts, Flow definitions, deployment scripts, and a CloudFormation template.
