Delete the placeholder pom added in step 1. Now that GitHub has re-scanned the path (dependency graph shows deps=0), removing the file drops the labs/unicorn-store/software/unicorn-store-spring/pom.xml manifest from the dependency graph entirely, ending the phantom Dependabot alerts/update runs against that dead path.
