docs: adopt the .knowledge/ documentation system - #59

Migrate the agent-facing docs from .ai/ to the versioned knowledge-template .knowledge/ system (v1.0.0): - Fold the .ai/ orientation trio into .knowledge/BRIEF.md, CODEMAP.md, MEMORY.md (CODEMAP re-verified against current 3.x); add OVERVIEW.md. - Declare the component ontology (base-/provider-/modality-/flow-); PRDs deferred (empty prd/ contents). - Reconcile AGENTS.md to the docs-agents standard (every prior rule re-homed; .ai/ paths repointed to .knowledge/). - Wire doc-lint into composer check and a Knowledge Lint CI workflow. - Remove the old .ai/ directory. The consumer-facing docs/ VitePress site is untouched. doc-lint green.
