PulseForge modifies a selected Windows audio endpoint's effect-chain registry values with administrator approval. It backs up the original values, temporarily obtains access only to that endpoint's FxProperties key, and restores the original owner and permissions after the operation.

Do not distribute development APO binaries as production drivers. Public installers should use a properly signed Windows AudioProcessingObject package.
