Add options to override map

Adds the following options to the run command:

• --map={name}: overrides serverMap={name}
• --map-mod-id={id}: overrides serverMapModId={id}
• --arkmod,{id}={type}: overrides arkmod_{id}={type}

Really hoping this gets merged soon. I'm using this version of the file so I can change the map via command line and it's really handy for my setup (which minimizes the number of cfg files needed).
